We know you are eagerly waiting for your special package. The Groovy Vibe team have processes in place to ensure you receive your toys without delay. Due to COVID-19 some things are out of our control, but our team are working around the clock to get your packages dispatched in the quickest possible time.

Delivery Information

COVID-19 ALERT – After dispatching from Groovy Vibe, restrictions because of COVID-19 mean that in some regions, our logistics partners may be experiencing delays.

You can choose from two shipping options:

1. Standard delivery (average 1 week from date of shipping)

2. UPS two-day delivery (your package will arrive within two days of shipping)

When considering time frames for second-day delivery, please be aware that orders are picked up from our warehouses Monday through Friday and not on Saturday and Sunday.

  • Second-Day: If your order is placed in the afternoon on a Friday with second-day shipping, it will be shipped Monday, and will usually arrive on Wednesday.

PLEASE NOTE: The above shipping times are averages only. Delays can be caused for a wide range of reasons outside of our control. We advise our customers to allow for delays when ordering.

We focus on using reputable freight carriers such as USPS, UPS and FedEx

Packages shipped using UPS and Federal Express are trackable. 

Unfortunately, we are not able to insure packages shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and we will not be liable for loss or damage of orders shipped via USPS (including all orders shipped to APO, FPO & PO Box addresses).

Groovy Vibe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages with confirmed delivery status.

 

Discrete Packing

Worried someone will know what your getting delivered? No need, your toys will be delivered in discrete packaging. Remember you can also leave any special instructions on the checkout page. See an example of our packing below.

Delivery times

We don’t like to over promise and under deliver.  We would love to ship all orders right away but that won’t be the case all the time.  All orders are generally shipped within 48-72 hours of receiving your payment, weekends and holidays not included.  Depending on the current order volume we have and the available staff in our warehouse, your order could be shipped in 24 hours or less. Tracking details will be sent out after the item has been shipped. Depending on seasonal volumes this may take up to 24hrs to display with your order. We wanted to provide full transparency with our shipping timelines and thank you for your understanding.
